STEPHEN F. VAZZA

Stephen oversees firm-wide operations, the development and execution of the Company’s investment strategy, capital raising, and client relations.

Mr. Vazza has been at the firm for more than 35 years, during which time he has been instrumental in the transformation of The Vazza Real Estate Group from a regional New England real estate company to a company with a national portfolio which has transacted in over $500 million worth of real estate assets.

Over the years, Stephen has developed, financed, and managed major commercial and residential real estate developments including commercial office, industrial, retail and self-storage, as well as multifamily apartments and single family communities in over 14 states.

Stephen is a 1988 graduate of The College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts. Outside of the office, Stephen is an avid fisherman and skier, and he enjoys traveling with his wife and three daughters.


DEREK E. HOLT

MANAGING DIRECTOR & DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

 
 

Derek serves as the Director of Business Development and is responsible for deal sourcing, business relationships, and permitting activities. Derek has been with the firm for 20 years - playing a critical role in the establishment of business relationships, as well as the development and permitting of more than 2 million square feet of commercial property across the United States. In addition to commercial real estate, Derek has an extensive background in golf course acquisition, development, and management - encompassing more than 75 golf course properties nationwide. Derek’s extensive business relationships with some of the world’s largest financial institutions, pension funds, hedge funds, private equity groups, and family offices in the United States and Middle East have played a vital role in The Vazza Real Estate Group’s success to date.


John C. Hennessey

DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING

Chicago-based and also an alumni of The College of the Holy Cross, John brings over 30 years of experience in sales success and marketing. Specializing in financial services for accredited high-net-worth individuals, he seeks to leverage his many relationships across multiple industries to build and maintain a dynamic sales team here at The Vazza Real Estate Group.

His focus is on presenting the firm’s investment opportunities to a much broader base of accredited investors and increasing our national footprint.

When outside of the office, John can be found on the golf course, fishing, or traveling with his two children.


Kim McA'Nulty

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER & DIRECTOR OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Kim has more than 30 years of real estate accounting and property management experience.

She has been with The Vazza Real Estate Group for more than 30 years as an integral member of the team, successfully directing property management and accounting activities including operating and capital improvement budgets, lease negotiation, accounting, and tax reporting related to more than $1 billion of commercial and residential properties.


NICOLE C. VAZZA

DIRECTOR OF PROJECT FINANCING & PRIVATE EQUITY

Nicole‘s focus is on the financing of the firm’s commercial and multifamily development and investment projects, where she specializes in the creation and maintenance of relationships with high-net-worth individuals to raise private equity for these projects.

Nicole oversees deal financing, capital raising, and investor relations.

Nicole holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance with a concentration in Business Law from Florida Atlantic University.


GREGORY VOGEL

FINANCIAL ANALYST

Greg serves as a Financial Analyst at The Vazza Real Estate Group. Greg is responsible for modeling the firm's assets in various stages of business operations. He is essential in the preparation of Opinion of Values and Market Comparable Analyses for commercial and multifamily properties.

Greg acts as a point of reference for the financial components of the deals in scope from acquisitions, dispositions, lease-up, and value add.

He is a graduate of The University of Hartford and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance.

ACCOUNTANT

 

Dianne has more than 30 years of accounting experience in construction, real estate, and real estate law. As an original employee when the firm started, Dianne returned to the team in 2022.


RAPHAEL SANTANA

PROPERTY MANAGER

Raphael is the Property Manager for all firm-owned commercial properties in Massachusetts, and he has over 25 years of experience in property management, scheduled maintenance, and subcontractor management.

Raphael is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of all Massachusetts commercial properties and is key to tenant satisfaction.


GERRY BROWN

GENERAL MANAGER, CONSTRUCTION & OPERATIONS, RV RESORTS NORTHEAST

Gerry joined the Vazza team in 2021 and serves as General Manager of Construction & Operations for Modern America RV Resorts, a division of Vazza Real Estate Group. Gerry oversees the general construction and operation of the firm’s RV resorts throughout the Northeast. A Maine native and licensed contractor, Gerry has decades of experience managing and maintaining large commercial properties.
